Refunds and Cancellations (Membership Dues)
Membership dues are nonrefundable because benefits and access begin immediately and dues support ongoing programming and operations. Memberships are non-transferable. Members may cancel at any time to prevent future renewal; however, cancellation does not create a refund for the current membership term, and benefits remain active until the term ends.
Refunds may be provided only in the following circumstances: (1) duplicate payments; (2) billing errors; or (3) other exceptional situations approved at the organization’s discretion. Where applicable, payment processing fees may be nonrefundable.
